Where national competitors in the propane industry often gimmick their way into sales, Smith firmly believes in transparency and doing right by its customers and the community. Since 2016, Smith has been working with Senergy to grow its online reputation to match its in-person reputation. Senergy manages the Smith Facebook page and has successfully grown an engaged audience through strategic contests and giveaways. In 2020, Senergy developed and launched a new website to further extend Smith's digital reach.
